For the last six years, Boman Martinez-Reid, also known as [Bomanizer](https://www.tiktok.com/@bomanizer?lang=en), has been making his (now 2.2 million) TikTok followers laugh out loud by parodying the reality-TV shows they love and love to hate. The queerCanadian comedy creator, 28, has gone viral for reenacting standout moments from _The Kardashians, RuPaul’s Drag Race_, _Real Housewives_, and _Love Island,_ to name a few—complete with the signature music cues.For him, the true comedy of reality TV comes from the editing. In real life, “we don't have conversations and then break for 30 seconds to stare at each other,” he says. 

Martinez-Reid’s longevity is “a testament to how dedicated I am to making people laugh,” he says. With his sharp sense of comedic timing and megawatt smile, Martinez-Reid is starting to find success beyond TikTok. His viral fame was the inspiration for his 2024 scripted comedy series, _Made for TV With Boman Martinez-Reid_, which follows the social media star as he tries to break into the format.
