The New York Times national political correspondent is one of the best scribes in the business. He retweets his colleagues and competitors as much, if not more than he does his own posting. And while he’s the subject of some playful needling for his frequent shortening of words so he can stick to 140 characters, his stories cut through the trees to show you the forest — and his tweets do, too. —Dan Hirschhorn
