The Women of the Year Leadership Forum and Gala is one of the most powerful expressions of that mission, celebrating women whose ideas, courage, and creativity drive progress across industries and communities. This year’s Women of the Year event was a powerful reminder of what these moments of connection can spark. From discussions on stage to exchanges between sessions, the gathering created opportunities for influential voices to share perspectives and generate new ideas about the future we're building together.  As TIME’s global events portfolio continues to grow, we're thinking deeply about how they evolve – not just through the content, but through the environments that bring them to life. That's why we're so proud to welcome **Target as TIME’s inaugural design partner** across four marquee franchises in 2026: Women of the Year, TIME100 Creators, TIME100 Next, and the July debut of TIME100 Sports, our new editorial and event platform celebrating the individuals redefining the world of sports and culture. Design shapes how we experience the world around us – sometimes in obvious ways, sometimes more subtly. It influences how we gather, collaborate, and engage with new ideas every day. Through our partnership, Target is helping design the spaces where these exchanges unfold – from furnishings and décor, to stages, green rooms, and immersive experiences for speakers and guests.  At TIME’s Women of the Year event, that vision was palpable. Carefully curated details flowed throughout the venue, creating an atmosphere that felt dynamic, warm, and welcoming. The setting reflected the creativity, optimism, and leadership of these extraordinary women. Target’s distinctive eye brought their collective spirit to life, designing environments encouraging connection and engagement.
