Hosted by TIME CEO Jessica Sibley and TIME Editor-in-Chief Sam Jacobs, the event celebrated soon-to-be household names including **_Killers of the Flower Moon_** breakout star Lily Gladstone, **Michelin-starred** chef Mory Sacko, and football superstar Jalen Hurts. One of the night’s honorees, country music singer-songwriter Kelsea Ballerini, entertained attendees with a special musical performance. Many leaders took to the podium to offer heartfelt tributes both to the changemakers highlighted on this year’s list and to those still flying under the radar. Doug Langa, executive vice president of **Novo Nordisk, a TIME100 Next signature partner,** remarked, “I want to congratulate all the leaders being recognized here today.
