88 percent of workers already use some form of AI at work, yet only 5 percent lean on it for anything deeper than a quick search. The people who push harder may gain some of their time back each week, a gap that could represent significant productivity losses for companies that haven't yet cracked the coordination problem.

That coordination problem is the one Dali Ma noticed while running campaigns for clients at his firm, Truly Yours Inc. "We built Skylar to handle ninety percent of a manager's routine work so people can think again," he says. The platform is designed to analyze live data, support strategic updates, review documents and communication history, conduct online research, consolidate information, assist with ongoing communications, plan tasks, and surface human input only when judgment is required.

**A New Category: The AI Leader**

Software tools that take action, not just suggest it, are increasingly called "agentic AI." Skylar is built to go a level above even that category. Most agents follow a single goal and juggle steps; an AI leader is designed to set direction, coordinate the people and systems beneath it, and own outcomes the way a manager does.

The difference matters. Most businesses aren't lacking AI tools. They're overwhelmed by them. Each operates in isolation, requiring constant human coordination to connect insights, decisions, and execution. The result can be more complexity rather than less. Skylar’s premise is that replacing this fragmented layer with a single intelligence that helps unify and coordinate the system could move AI from a collection of tools toward more integrated operational execution.

**What Skylar Actually Does**

Unlike most AI tools that play a supporting role by drafting, suggesting, and summarizing, Skylar is built to lead execution itself. The platform's capabilities fall into five areas.

**Real-time decision-making.** Skylar converts data into decisions continuously, identifying what matters and acting on it without waiting for a human prompt.

**Communications control.** Skylar is designed to manage communications across teams, channels, and stakeholders, helping reduce the lag and misalignment that can build when messages pass through multiple layers.

**Autonomous project management.** Skylar structures workflows, sets priorities, and drives completion, functioning as the organizational layer most managers currently occupy.

**Live knowledge management.** Skylar manages files and research as an active intelligence layer, organizing, retrieving, and applying information in real time rather than waiting to be asked.

**Coordination replacement.** Most significantly, Skylar aims to collapse tools, roles, and processes into a single operating system, replacing the coordination work itself, not just the tasks within it.

In private pilots, Truly Yours Inc. reports that campaign briefs drop from an hour to five minutes, and weekly performance decks land in inboxes by themselves.

**The Market Is Entering**

Marketers who weave AI into content work save an average of 114 minutes every week. Yet most of these gains stop at the task level. With[ generative AI](https://www.mckinsey.com/mgi/media-center/ai-could-increase-corporate-profits-by-4-trillion-a-year-according-to-new-research) potentially adding up to 4.4 trillion dollars in yearly global value, even slicing that projection thin, replacing just 10 percent of a manager's calendar would give brands roughly five extra workweeks per employee per year.

The timing matters. Enterprise AI adoption has hit a ceiling that has less to do with the quality of individual tools and more to do with the overhead of running them. Every new tool added to a team's stack generates a new coordination burden: who maintains it, who monitors it, who interprets its outputs. Skylar's positioning attempts to address that ceiling directly.

**The Why Behind Skylar**

Dali Ma's path to building an AI leader is not the typical route. A University of Oxford graduate with degrees in Physics and Philosophy, on a full scholarship, Ma has been recognized for his accomplishments before founding Truly Yours Inc., headquartered in Irvine, California.

He draws a direct line from his academic background to the product. Physics and philosophy, he argues, map to the two foundations of artificial intelligence: mathematics and logic, the "A" and the "I." "When you understand both," he says, "you understand not just what AI can do now, but where the ceiling actually is."

The insight that led to Skylar came from watching campaigns run inside his own firm. Teams were skilled and motivated, but a substantial portion of each week disappeared into coordination: syncing on data, aligning on decisions, following up on action items. The work was not unintelligent. It was just managerial. "Let people dream," he says, "and let software handle the grind."

**What Skeptics Should Know**

Two limits deserve attention before writing Skylar into any operational plan.

First, agentic AI needs clear goals and clean data. Feed Skylar bad numbers, and it will steer the wrong way faster than any intern. Organizations with fragmented or unreliable data infrastructure will need to address that before any AI leadership layer can perform reliably.

Second, brand voice, ethics, and ultimate accountability still rest on humans. The tool can write and act, but someone must decide what a company should say and where it draws the line. The distinction between AI-assisted execution and human-owned judgment is not a technical one. It is a governance one, and it does not disappear just because the tooling improves.

**What Comes Next**

Workers already feel busier even as they pile on new tools. Ma frames this not as automation but as a structural shift, where AI occupies the leadership layer of day-to-day execution, and humans are freed to operate at a higher level. The mission on Truly Yours Inc.'s site captures it plainly: Skylar manages your company and projects so you are freed to focus on innovation, creation, and, more importantly, living.

If that framing proves durable, the real question may not be whether Skylar succeeds. It may be whether the broader enterprise software industry is forced to take notice, and whether the companies that wait will find the gap harder to close.

Teams that agree can learn more and apply for the U.S. beta at Skylar's page on [Truly Yours Inc](https://www.trulyyours.love/skylar). If Skylar performs as intended, companies may face growing pressure to rethink manual workflows as competitors explore more automated management tools.
