[Lindsey Graham](https://time.com/article/2026/07/12/the-world-pays-tribute-to-sen-lindsey-graham/), in Congress—said on Monday that she plans to run for a [full term](https://time.com/article/2026/07/18/graham-nordone/) in his South Carolina seat. “I feel like I can do it,” Nordone told Fox News’ Sean Hannity in a clip the network [shared](https://x.com/FoxNews/status/2079270238902693913) Monday on social media ahead of a full interview airing later in the evening. “Will it be difficult? Yes, absolutely.” “So you’re inclined to get in—or, have you even made a final decision?” Hannity asked her. “I’ve made a decision,” she replied. “You’re in?” he asked. “I’m in,” she said. The news comes a little over a week after Lindsey Graham [died](https://time.com/article/2026/07/12/the-world-pays-tribute-to-sen-lindsey-graham/) of an [aortic dissection](https://time.com/article/2026/07/13/lindsey-graham-death-aortic-dissection/) due to arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease, according to the preliminary findings from the Washington, D.C., [medical examiner’s office](https://x.com/taylor%5Freidy/status/2076408972190355665). Days later, South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster [appointed](https://time.com/article/2026/07/13/darline-nordone-lindsey-graham-sister-south-carolina-senate-trump-mcmaster/) Nordone to finish out her brother’s term in the Senate, which ends in January.
