This is a critical leadership role as we continue to evolve into a diversified, modern media company and execute on our TIME 3.0 strategy and transformation. Our people and our culture are foundational to our success. Monica will lead the full scope of our People & Culture function, including talent strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and leadership development. She will serve as a trusted partner to our executive leadership team, helping ensure our people strategy supports our long-term business goals and strengthens clarity, accountability, and performance across the organization. Monica brings more than 10 years of HR leadership experience across technology, media, entertainment, and telecommunications. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, HR Business Partner at Optimum, where she led HR across corporate functions and drove complex workforce transformation initiatives. Previously, she held senior HR roles at SiriusXM Pandora, NBCUniversal, HBO, and Citi. She holds an Executive Master’s in HR Management from Cornell University’s ILR School, a Certificate in Coaching from NYU and Bachelor’s in Psychology from Stony Brook University Monica is based in New York City and will officially start on March 16\.
