Our friends at [Phone Scoop](http://www.phonescoop.com/news/item.php?n=6383 "undefined") were contacted by Verizon Wireless spokesperson Brenday Raney who said in an e-mail that the “Droid by Motorola doesn’t have \[the\] hardware to support a Mobile Hotspot.
