Fallon’s goodbye to _Late Night_, which he is leaving to replace Leno on the _Tonight Show_, was an emotional one. “I’m not gonna cry,” he said, “but I’m gonna get really close.” He signed off playing the drums and singing with the Muppets a rendition of “The Weight” by The Band. Fallon has hosted _Late Night_ for five years, and will take a 10-day break before filling Leno’s shoes, reports the Associated Press. His own spot will be filled by former _Saturday Night Live_ head writer Seth Meyers starting Feb. 24.
