Duggie picked Conservative Winston Churchill as favorite at 6-to-4 to be Britain’s next Prime Minister. Next best bets: Clement Attlee, 5-to-2; Anthony Eden, 5-to-1; Ernie Bevin, 7-to-1; Herbert Morrison, 8-to-1; Aneurin Bevan, 10-to-1; Sir Stafford Cripps, 25-to-1.
