LOCAL TV PUBLIC SERVICE: Panorama on Denver’s KLZ.
LOCAL RADIO PUBLIC SERVICE: Highbrow KPFA-FM (TIME, Feb. 24) in Berkeley, Calif.
TV CONTRIBUTION TO INTERNATIONAL UNDERSTANDING: NBC’s The Bob Hope Show.
SPECIAL RADIO -TELEVISION AWARD: NBC for its special programs beamed over U.S. educational stations and its Know Your Schools project.
