The Principal of New Milford High School in Bergen County, New Jersey, encourages virtually any educational application of technology that students already use for fun. A recipient of the National Association of Secondary School Principals’ Digital Principal Award, Sheninger aggregates resources for teachers who use new tech to teach old lessons. Recently, he has been using his feed to showcase the “Makerspace” in the school library, where students can use a 3D printer to design phone cases or make video game controllers out of fruit. —Olivia B.
