About 27 of the nearly 90 confirmed victims of the deluge were [campers and counselors](https://time.com/7300230/texas-floods-camp-girls-missing-death-toll-rises/) at an all-girls Christian summer camp, Camp Mystic. Ten girls and a counselor from the camp are among those who remain missing. Texas Gov.
