Chen said she was stepping down from the show in a recorded message that aired Tuesday on _The Talk_. It was the first time she appeared on the show since Moonves left CBS a little more than a week ago. “I have been at _The Talk_ since the day it started nine years ago, and the cast and crew have become family to me over the years,” Chen said. “But right now, I need to spend more time at home with my husband and our young son.
