In 2018, Barr’s character Roseanne Conner supports Trump, and the first episode examines how the 2016 election caused both personal and political divisions among American families. I think this was a really moving season [02:17] too, because we have 30 years of history behind the [02:20] characters. So you can't create that on a new show.
