The only way to make it more dramatic was to have [Snoop Dogg](http://time.com/4107828/leafs-by-snoop-dogg-marijuana-weed-cannabis/?iid=sr-link1) narrate it, which is exactly what happened on [_Jimmy Kimmel Live!_](http://time.com/4782141/snoop-dogg-jimmy-kimmel-donation/?iid=sr-link4) on Monday in _Plizzanet Earth with Snoop Dogg_. “Snakes are straight a-holes,” says [Snoop](http://time.com/4265297/snoop-dogg-instagram-romanian-village-bogata/?iid=sr-link7). “You can tell the way they’re looking at him.” When the snakes pounce, Snoop is clearly taken aback as the surprise attack interrupts his narration. “He’s saying you watch… Oh, get out of there man! Go! Oh, they coming from everywhere, this is crazy.” As the nail-biting race to safety continues, and the baby lizard scrambles up the rocks, leaving the snakes stranded and hungry below, Snoop makes an astute assessment of the snakes’ skill set. “Snakes can’t do all that cause they ain’t got hands and they ain’t got feet,” he notes. While Snoop is a natural at nature documentary narration, it’s safe to bet that Sir Attenborough’s job is safe for a little while longer, even though [a petition](http://time.com/4199648/snoop-dogg-planet-earth-petition/?iid=sr-link6) to have Snoop to narrate an entire series of _Planet Earth_ earned over 65,000 signatures last year. ## Transcript Tying a celebrity's name to a brand can be a big deal for marketing. You see it with sportswear and cosmetics all the time. So, who do you want if you're launching a brand new weed? Snoop Dogg, obviously. The rapper just launched his own branch of marijuana called Leafs by Snoop. It's touting itself as the first mainstream brand of marijuana, and it has product lines of leaves It's edibles and concentrates. It's only being sold in Live Well stores in Colorado, right now, but will roll out to other retailers. Since Snoop doesn't live in Colorado, he can't legally own the brand, so, according to The Cannabis, it's owned by Beyond Broadway, which operates Live Well. Marijuana sales continue to rise in Colorado.
