Fans have followed four of Marvel’s street-savvy heroes as they have defended the Big Apple in their own individual, eponymous Netflix series — [_Daredevil_](http://time.com/4247667/daredevil-netflix-season-2-review/ "undefined"), [_Jessica Jones_](http://time.com/4120228/jessica-jones-review-netflix-marvel/ "undefined"), [_Luke Cage_](http://time.com/4490214/luke-cage-marvel-netflix/ "undefined") and [_Iron Fist_](http://time.com/4698274/iron-first-netflix-marvel-comic-books/ "undefined")_._ Now they are finally coming together, albeit begrudgingly, to make one super team in _The Defenders_, premiering August 18. In the first trailer, [Jessica Jones](http://time.com/4126495/jessica-jones-star-krysten-ritter-interview/ "undefined") (Krysten Ritter) finds herself in trouble with the law. Misty Knight (Simone Missick from _Luke Cage_) is interrogating her when Matt Murdoch, a.k.a. Daredevil (Charlie Cox) walks in himself to offer his services as her lawyer. Meanwhile, Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson, who has appeared in all four of the individual Netflix series) introduces [Luke Cage](http://time.com/4490214/luke-cage-marvel-netflix/ "undefined") (Mike Colter) and Danny Rand, a.k.a.
