[Director Ava DuVernay](http://motto.time.com/4438223/ava-duvernay-100-million-film/?iid=sr-link1), Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, and Mindy Kaling are all [ostensibly Down Under for a job](http://www.travelandleisure.com/travel-tips/celebrity-travel/oprah-reese-witherspoon-mindy-kaling-new-zealand)—but that’s not stopping them from going all-in on happy hour, as evidenced by Witherspoon’s latest celebratory Instagram.
