Following the pregnancy announcements of [Beyoncé Knowles](http://time.com/4657826/beyonce-pregnant-twins-photos/) and [Amal Clooney](http://motto.time.com/4666212/george-amal-clooney-expecting-twins/), it seemed as if the Internet was abuzz with nothing but [information about twins](http://motto.time.com/4667505/twins-beyonce-amal-clooney/). But for Celine Dion, twins are old news — the singer gave [birth](http://www.cnn.com/2010/SHOWBIZ/celebrity.news.gossip/10/23/celine.dion.twins/) to her sons Eddy and Nelson Angélil in 2010\. And at the launch of her new lifestyle collection with the Bugatti Group, Dion shared some thoughtful pieces of advice for expectant mom Beyoncé. She called the singer’s pregnancy “a double blessing,” and offered some pointers for keeping up with the chaos of raising two infants.

“I think she’s covered,” Dion said. “She’s been in the business for so long, she’s got her own people… When she does something, she knows what she’s doing.”

Dion admitted that “it’s going to be hectic,” but added: “\[Beyoncé‘s\] fortunate enough that she can have all the people that she wants to help her, but no one will ever replace a mom and she’s a great mom. I’m pretty sure of that.”

Beyoncé and her husband, rapper and [businessman](http://www.businessinsider.com/how-jay-z-became-so-successful-2015-4) Jay-Z, are also [parents](http://www.cnn.com/2017/02/20/entertainment/beyonce-blue-ivy-look-alike/) to Blue Ivy, 5\.
