Between _Sports Illustrated_ swimsuit shoots and Victoria’s Secret runways, she’s recognized worldwide for her incredible bod, and with her [wedding](http://www.instyle.com/news/miranda-kerr-engaged-snapchat-ceo-evan-spiegel-ring) coming up to Snapchat cofounder Evan Spiegel, we can only imagine she’s upping the ante on her skincare routine. “I really love going in the infrared sauna, just to detox. I’m such a big fan of body brushing, like dry body brushing. I love it,” she told _InStyle_ on Tuesday while chatting about her new [Buick Super Bowl ad](http://www.instyle.com/news/miranda-kerr-buick-super-bowl-commercial). While infrared treatments require an appointment (or dropping a few grand on a sauna of your own), dry body brushing is an easy thing to do at home.
