Hillary Clinton is wearing Ralph Lauren to President-elect Donald Trump’s 2017 inauguration. It’s the same designer that incoming First Lady Melania Trump is sporting during the event.
The New York Times‘ fashion critic Vanessa Friedman tweeted the former Democratic presidential nominee’s designer, and others immediately took notice as Clinton appeared in a white Coat to Friday’s festivities. Clinton often donned Ralph Lauren throughout her presidential bid, including at the Democratic National Convention and to concede the race. She also frequently wore white pantsuits throughout the campaign, which her supporters dubbed her suffragist suit.
There were even rumors that Lauren might become Clinton’s go-to designer if she won the presidency. But, now he seems poised to forge a relationship with the new first family. The incoming First Lady is wearing a powder blue ensemble.
