Jan 9, 2017 1:50 AM CUT [Tracee Ellis Ross](http://motto.time.com/4260010/tracee-ellis-ross-how-to-be-true-to-yourself/ "undefined"), who won the [Golden Globe](http://time.com/4622027/golden-globes-2017-winners/ "undefined") for Best Actress in a Television Comedy or Musical on Sunday night, dedicated her award to people who are consistently underrepresented in Hollywood. “This is for all of the women of color and colorful people whose stories, ideas and thoughts are not always considered worthy and valid and important,” said the actress, who was nominated for the first time this year. “I want you to know that I see you and we see you.” Ross plays Dr. Rainbow “Bow” Johnson in the ABC series [_Black-ish_](http://time.com/4520907/daveed-diggs-hamilton-blackish-clipping/ "undefined"), which is currently in its third season, and which also received Golden Globe nominations for Best Actor in a Television Comedy or Musical (Anthony Anderson) and Best Television Series — Comedy or Musical.
