Chrissy Teigen Will Only Wear This Type of Shoe

Chrissy Teigen isn’t afraid to be outspoken. From responding to critics about her dress at the American Music Awards to Donald Trump, Teigen says — or tweets — what’s on her mind. That same tenacity applies to her style, too. The Sports Illustrated model has notoriously great style, but one thing you’ll never find her wearing? Flats. According to Pop Sugar, Teigen will “only wear heels” and is “very uncomfortable in flats.”

Although this fashion choice may be very Posh Spice, Teigen cites anatomical reasons as to why she prefers stilettos over sneakers. She said, “My calves are actually abnormally tight, [and I’m] flat footed and very relaxed in a 6-inch heel.” Teigen is fully aware of the health risks associated with high heels. She explained that she sees “a chiropractor twice a week because of it.”

While heels seem to be Teigen’s footwear preference, she is slowly learning to embrace sneakers. But, there’s a catch. She’ll wear lace-ups if “it’s a Yeezy or something that just makes me feel cool.”
