If you’ve felt stressed and anxious throughout this election cycle, you’re not alone. As one of the most monumental presidential elections comes to a close, many people are coping with the emotional aftermath. If you need some help zenning out, here are five apps to help you recover from the last 18 months.

1. Meditation Studio

This app offers guided meditations from various experts, and a starting course for beginners. As its co-creator wrote in Motto, “Using an app with an intro course and guided meditations is a great way to kick-start your practice, with the added benefit of being able to take it with you.”

2. Calm

Often topping lists of best apps for anxiety, Calm lives up to its name by offering various programs to help users sleep better, live better and just generally be calmer.

3. Headspace

This app challenges the way people think about meditation by making it like a workout for your brain, where you can easily visualize your progress. Start the free trial here.

4. The Mindfulness App

Highly rated (and free) in the App Store, The Mindfulness App contains a library of silent and guided meditations in a simple layout to make it easy to find the right one for you.

5. Anti-Stress Quotes

While meditation can be helpful, sometimes you just need someone to tell you that everything will be okay. These quotes will help you refresh and relax and find a new mantra for your day.
