Ivanka Trump is an executive vice president of The Trump Organization, but she’s also one of the top advisers to her father Donald Trump’s presidential campaign. Seen as [one of her father’s most effective surrogates in winning over women](http://time.com/4392409/ivanka-trump-donald-trump-feminist/) skeptical of his White House bid, she was credited for giving [one of the best speeches at the Republican convention](http://time.com/4418530/republican-convention-ivanka-trump/) this summer.
