Rocky Horror Picture Show fans can get a taste of the new Dr. Frank-N-Furter early.
Laverne Cox’s version of “Sweet Transvestite” arrived Thursday on the official YouTube channel of Fox’s musical revival. Sung by Tim Curry in the 1975 cult classic, the standard reveals Frank-N-Furter to Janet (Victoria Justice) and Brad (Ryan McCartan) and teases what’s in store for them — and the audience.
Leading up to the premiere, Rocky Horror has teased moments from the two-hour event, including “Dammit, Janet,” “Touch Me,” and even the show’s first five minutes. The new soundtrack of the musical will arrive Oct. 21, the day after Fox airs the special.
