The fall 2016 campaign launched Wednesday features Trump and three other women, including a stay-at-home mom, a CEO and a high school teacher.
Trump, who oversees a fashion brand, a website and executive roles in father Donald Trump‘s businesses, is sharing stories of women like her who are “multidimensional, modern women doing work they love,” according to a press release for the launch.
Cheryl Han, who is the CEO of Keaton Row, has long worked in the luxury consumer products industry. After five years at L’Oreal, Han studied at Harvard Business School before going on to launch Keaton Row, an online shopping service that pairs members with stylists, in 2013.
Kelcey Hix is a stay-at-home mom to three sons: Hudson, Jude and Nolan. Hix opted to stay at home and focus on her family after the birth of her first son, which she says “wasn’t an easy decision.”
That being said, Hix is quick to recognize her role in shaping the next generation: “I think that motherhood is so important because we are grooming these little ones to live beyond our time and to give back to this world,” she says in a press release for the launch. “Sometimes, the little decisions throughout the day don’t seem very important, but they all add up and, together, they’re helping to mold the character of our children.”
Also joining the campaign is Emily Heller, a high school AP English teacher and co-founder of the CAP & Gown project, which aims to prepare underrepresented students to graduate from top colleges.
Ultimately, the four women share a common thread: their work is “mission-oriented, mind-expanding, all-consuming,” says Trump, 34, in a video for the launch.
“Ivanka is never satisfied unless she achieves a perfect outcome,” chimes in husband Jared Kushner, 35. “She doesn’t settle, so I find that when it comes to being a mother, being a wife, being a businesswoman, she gives 110 percent at everything she does.”
“I love her very much and I’m very, very proud of her,” he adds. “It’s not easy to balance all the things she does, but she does an amazing job.”
