[Harry Potter](http://time.com/4110623/j-k-rowlings-biggest-harry-potter-revelations/?iid=sr-link1) fans finally have a chance to move into his [childhood home](http://time.com/4137021/daniel-radcliffe-harry-potter-audition/?iid=sr-link1). No, not Gryffindor Tower, but 4 Privet Drive, where Harry spent many miserable years with his Uncle Vernon and Aunt Petunia Dursley and their coddled son, Dudley.

The family home that was used as the Dursleys’ residence in _Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone_ has been [put up for sale](https://www.chancellors.co.uk/properties/bracknell-property/linked-detached-3-bedroom-house-for-sale/2139959/martins-heron-bracknell-berkshire-rg12?filter%5BpriceLow%5D=400000&filter%5BpriceHigh%5D=575000&filter%5BminNumberOfBeds%5D=3+Bedroom%28s%29&grid=&area=Bracknell%2C+Berkshire+picket+post+close&longitude=&latitude=&branchName=Bracknell+Property&saleType=Sale), complete with enclosed backyard, three bedrooms and yes, a cupboard under the stairs. There is one glaring disparity between the actual home and the one in the film—it’s not located at 4 Privet Drive, village of Little Whinging, in the county of Surrey. Instead, the house is located at 12 Picket Post Close in Martins Heron, Bracknell in Berkshire on the outskirts of London.

While moving into [Gryffindor Tower](http://time.com/4455746/j-k-rowling-pottermore-new-harry-potter-books/?iid=sr-link5) still requires a letter of acceptance from the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, making 4 Privet Drive your new home requires nothing more than £475,000 (almost $620,000). Perhaps waiting for an owl from Hogwarts is more realistic.
