A 59-year-old Delaware woman died after falling from a 35-foot zip platform at a Delaware state park on Wednesday.

Tina Warner fell from the perch while waiting to ride a zip line at Go Ape Tree Top Adventure around 2:35 p.m., according to the Associated Press. Rangers and employees performed first aid on Warner until paramedics arrived, but she was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.

“She was finishing her bucket list,” her daughter, Melissa Slater, told the AP. Slater said she had already completed a zip line trip before she fell, “So she did do it.”

Park visitors to the Go Ape park are harnessed in and have two sets of safety ropes, according to the AP. A park spokesperson told the AP the park would be closed for an investigation into the death and out of respect for Warner’s family.
