The 96-story building, where residents began living this spring, has already been at the center of media attention, thanks to [billionaire buyers](https://www.theguardian.com/global/2015/may/12/bite-of-the-apple-new-york-skyline-432-park-avenue-nordstrom-tower) and the [scrutiny that has accompanied some purchases](http://fortune.com/2014/11/24/432-park-avenue-inequality-wealth/). Plus, its pencil-thin, repeating square design, masterminded by Rafael Viñoly of [London’s “walkie talkie tower” fame](https://www.theguardian.com/artanddesign/2013/sep/06/walkie-talkie-architect-predicted-reflection-sun-rays), changed Manhattan’s iconic skyline. It’s only now that the 106-unit building’s full suite of 30,000 square feet of amenities, including a movie screening room with 220-inch screen, 75-foot indoor pool, a billiards room and library, full fitness facility with yoga studio, have been completed. One big added perk: a private resident-only restaurant that spans an entire floor and will be manned by Michelin-starred chef Shaun Hergatt —and with it, some very fancy room service. All of this is not cheap. At the lower end, there’s a [$49,000-a-month rental](http://streeteasy.com/building/432-park-avenue/35b?featured=1) currently on the market, while the [$95 million penthouse](http://ny.curbed.com/2015/5/29/9955802/buyer-outed-for-432-park-avenues-95-million-penthouse) was [reportedly purchased](https://www.dnainfo.com/new-york/20160721/midtown/private-restaurant-among-perks-at-324-park) by a Saudi business mogul last spring.
