Speaking in Virginia, Trump is expected to discuss a 10-point plan on veterans health care, including a government-funding private health care option for vets, according to the [_Associated Press_](http://www.sfgate.com/news/politics/article/Trump-s-speech-to-spell-out-veteran-health-care-8351444.php). The presumptive nominee will also rebuke the Obama Administration’s handling of veterans issues.
