The presumptive Republican nominee’s speech at the Trump SoHo Hotel in New York City is expected to focus partly on her tenure as the United States’ top diplomat; he will seek to hold her partly responsible for the rise of the militant group ISIS. Trump has seen his approval ratings plummet and concerns among Republican leaders about his candidacy reach a boiling point in June, amid his criticism of a judge’s Mexican ancestry, his response to the Orlando shooting, and [his recently disclosed paltry fundraising numbers](http://time.com/4377383/donald-trump-fundraising-senate-republicans/?xid=homepage).
