More than 2 million employee reviews submitted to Glassdoor were analyzed for this year’s ranking, [_The Wall Street Journal_](http://www.wsj.com/articles/employees-give-these-ceos-top-reviews-1465358462 "undefined") reports. Becheck—who has a 99% approval rating from 147 employees who weighed in—sits above [Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook](http://time.com/4198210/mark-zuckerberg-bill-gates-richest-person-world/ "undefined"), who placed fourth for the second year in a row and snagged the first spot in 2013\. Scott Scherr, CEO of Ultimate Software Group Inc., Dominic Barton, global managing director of McKinsey & Company, and [Jeff Weiner, CEO of LinkedIn](http://techland.time.com/2014/02/25/in-the-absence-of-facebook-and-twitter-linkedin-expands-into-china/?iid=sr-link3 "undefined"), grabbed the second, third and fifth spots, respectively.
