In what might be the smoothest heist of 2016, a monkey in Eastern India casually made off with a fast $150 in cash from a local jewelry store on Sunday.
Surveillance footage from the store shows the small animal calmly opening the glass door, stealing the money from the store’s cash till, and then escaping—all within a matter of minutes.
Employees said that this was the second time that the monkey had visited the store, but the last time he was unable to get inside the store. Just goes to show that a little perseverance can go a long way.
