Kepcher says in the clip that she waited six months to tell Trump, her boss, that she was going to have a baby. > [](https://twitter.com/NBCNewsVideo/status/735927968602587141) “Maybe in my mind he might think this would perhaps be a setback,” Kepcher said. When asked about it, Trump did little to assuage his employee’s fears: “Pregnancy…it’s a wonderful thing for the woman, it’s a wonderful thing for the husband, it’s certainly an inconvenience for business.
