George Coty Wayman, 18, has been arrested on a charge of capital murder in Clay County, [the Washington _Post_ reports](https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2016/05/20/teen-dad-fatally-shot-his-own-stepson-because-toddler-wouldnt-stop-jumping-on-the-bed-authorities-say/ "undefined"). Witness accounts say Dominic Tra’Juan Castro, Wayman’s three-year-old stepson, was bouncing on the bed in a trailer home in Bellevue when Wayman shot him in the back of his head.
