The Powerball jackpot total will land on the top 10 list of largest U.S. lottery sums ever this Saturday at $415 million.
The prize jumped to its latest height when no one won the Wednesday drawing for the seventeenth time in a row, NBC reports. The odds of winning the jackpot are one in 292 million, so perhaps the streak is unsurprising.
Reports indicate that four tickets from Wednesday’s drawing won $50,000 each in New Jersey, and a ticket sold in Bay Shore, New York won a prize by matching five numbers (though not the Powerball).
