Women Suing Bill Cosby for Defamation Win Key Ruling

Tamara Green and several other women who have sued Bill Cosby for defamation won a key ruling in federal court Monday that will allow them to view files related to the only case in which he faces criminal charges.

A federal judge in Philadelphia ruled today that Green, through her attorneys and a subpoena, can get access to attorney Dolores Troiani’s case files.

Troiani represents Andrea Constand, who says she was drugged and molested by the actor at his Philadelphia-area home in 2004. Troiani also represented Constand in 2005 when they reached a confidential settlement to a lawsuit against Cosby…
