President Obama has a series of events in Cuba on Monday, after he landed Sunday for a historic visit to the island nation.
Obama is aiming to nudge change along during the first visit to Cuba by a sitting U.S. President in 88 years. He is scheduled to lay a wreath at the Jose Marti Memorial at 10:30 a.m. E.T., he’ll arrive at the Palace of the Revolution for his meeting with Cuban President Raúl Castro at about 11:15 a.m., and the two leaders are set to deliver statements at about 2 p.m.
