Sarah Palin canceled a campaign event for Donald Trump Monday after her husband was injured in a snow machine accident.
“Todd Palin was in a bad snow machine accident last night and is currently hospitalized,” the Trump campaign said in a statement after they announced the cancellation of Palin’s event in Florida. “Governor Palin is returning to Alaska to be with her husband and looks forward to being back on the campaign trial soon. Mr Trump’s thoughts and prayers are with the Palin family at this time.”
Palin endorsed Trump in January, saying at the time, “He is beholden to nobody but we the people, how refreshing.”
