This year’s February 29 isn’t just a leap day. It’s also the birthday of Ja Rule. Though Ja has been on this Earth for 40 years now, he’s technically only 10, as he’s only had 10 birthdays.
The rapper, who recently wrapped the first season of his reality TV show, made sure to document the special day by joking that he had his “10th birthday party” in Las Vegas this weekend:

Fun fact about Ja Rule: he grew up Jehovah’s Witness, which meant he could not celebrate birthdays as a child.
