A New-York based photographer has captured the intricacies of industrial America in a series of aerial images of the country’s largest refineries and ports, as oil prices continued to plummet on Wednesday.
Jeffrey Milstein snapped the bird’s-eye view photographs of three California refineries, including Phillips 66 in Los Angeles, Exxon Mobil in Torrance, and the Valero in Wilmington. He also zeroed in on shipping containers and new cars parked at a port in Newark, N.J. The photographer has been known to shoot the high-definition images by hanging out of a helicopter.
Oil prices are at a 12-year low and are likely to dip even further, Money reported. Oil fell below $33 per barrel on Wednesday, according to Reuters.
