The real Ellen DeGeneres met the fake Ellen once again.

Saturday Night Live‘s Kate McKinnon does a spot-on impression of the talk-show host, and in an episode airing Wednesday she brought it to The Ellen DeGeneres Show to compare to its real-life source material.

“It’s weird to have somebody do impressions of you because when you hear it, you’re like, well that’s such an exaggeration, I mean it’s funny, but it doesn’t sound like me at all,” DeGeneres said before McKinnon joined her on stage in a matching outfit. “The next day your friends call you up and say, ‘Did you see Kate on SNL? She sounded exactly like you.'”

DeGeneres has a few bones to pick with McKinnon’s impression in the above video, but they settle their differences with the most Ellen-esque trait of all: a dance party in the audience.
