A new video takes the audio from the [_Suicide Squad_ trailer](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CmRih%5FVtVAs) and pairs it with the visuals of _Guardians of the Galaxy_. The end result is like the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup of movie trailers—two great tastes that taste great together.

The video comes courtesy of first-time movie mashup editor [Robert Jones](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxEzxdkt1pCLyCfUtj0HBvA), who posted it on YouTube to share his love of the two films that star bands of misfits coming together to save the world. He had noted the similarities between the unlikely grouping of _Guardians of the Galaxy_‘s Peter Quill, Rocket Raccoon, Gamora, and Groot and _Suicide Squad_ _‘s_ ragtag team of super villains

_Suicide Squad,_ which stars Will Smith, Jared Leto, Margot Robbie, Cara Delivingne and more, hits theaters on August 5th. Production has just begun on _Guardians of the Galaxy 2_.
