The Grammys are notorious for getting across genres and generations together for one-of-a-kind lineups—for better or for worse.

For this year’s ceremony, that “Grammy moment” came this year in the form of John Legend, Demi Lovato, Luke Bryan, Meghan Trainor and Tyrese, who came together to pay tribute to Lionel Richie and his work with The Commodores.

Lovato’s chill-inducing performance, some of which you can see above, proved that even in a room with Adele, there’s more than one song titled “Hello” that’s worth celebrating.

But Lionel Richie wasn’t going to be just a spectator to this tribute—he got up on stage after Tyrese finished performing “Brick House” to perform “All Night Long.”

Watch Lovato nail her vocal performance up top.
