The NFL has released concussion data for the 2015 season.
According to the report, there were 271 documented concussions this past season. This number included concussions sustained during preseason.
The data shows that 37 concussions were sustained during practice, while 234 were sustained during games.
The number of concussions has increased since last year, when the NFL documented 206, and is the highest from the past four years.
The data also breaks down the causes of the concussions, with the most coming from helmet-to-helmet contact.
