Sierra Leone confirmed its [second case](http://af.reuters.com/article/topNews/idAFKCN0UZ0CZ) of Ebola within the past week on Thursday, prompting fears of a resurgence of the deadly virus just days after the World Health Organization officially [declared](http://time.com/4179412/ebola-outbreak-over/) an end to a two-year epidemic in West Africa that killed more than 11,000 people.

Sidi Yahyah Tunis, a spokesman for the country’s Health Ministry, told Reuters that the patient was a 38-year-old woman who helped care for the week’s first Ebola victim Mariatu Jalloh.

Jalloh died last week mere hours after the WHO declaration, with the disease [confirmed](http://time.com/4179412/ebola-outbreak-over/) as the cause of death posthumously.
