Titled “Run, Chris, Run,” the episode focuses on Chris’s campaign for homecoming king and features a campfire scene with Stewie in which the youngest Griffin tells the [bandmates](http://time.com/4151178/james-corden-one-direction-carpool-karaoke/) a scary story involving non-skinny jeans.
