The new year began less than a week ago, but there’s already a new cat for the Internet to obsess over. Meet Olly, the grim-faced feline refusing to leave his spot on a supermarket shelf in a local Sainsbury’s in South London.
Olly, who is apparently a regular in the store, was first spotted back in November, when a different picture of him perched on a shelf went viral.

The cat reportedly belongs to the people who live next door, according to Georgios Michalaris, deputy manager of the supermarket, who spoke to Mashable. Staff have tried to remove the stubborn animal in the past, but he just keeps coming back.
After seeing this picture, we’re confident that Olly will be left alone, at least for the time being.
