Elliot Gornall, 33, was charged with 181 criminal counts related to child pornography, to which he pleaded no contest in October, the Associated Press reports. He reportedly intends to appeal a judge’s decision to admit evidence found on his computer (including the images of his students), which he says was obtained illegally during a drug-related raid on his home in November 2014\.
